Answering the mailbag: Lots and lots of PRO/REL in USL, some Messi and Prem as well

With USL operating as a franchise model league, 1) Is it possible for them to integrate NPSL and (or) NISA into a Pro/Rel model? 2) Is it also possible for them to restructure their operations to turn away from franchise fees and move to a revenue sharing model with their current franchises?
