Friday transfer thoughts:
I love Wolves under-the-radar signing of Pablo Sarabia, a player that did very well at PSG under Thomas Tuchel but began to fall out favor in the early in the early stages of Mauricio Pochettino’s reign. His loan last season to Sporting kept him in good enough stead to make Spain’s World Cup squad and now he heads to England for a team that needs a finisher - Sarabia is good finisher for a guy who plays either as a 10 or a right-wide player. Wolves repeatedly the last two seasons, have had good build-up play break down in the final third, although recently Daniel Podence who also likes to play in an advanced position centrally has been finishing his chances.
Ukrainian International Viktor Tsyhankov is a guy that can play effectively on the left, center or right - he heads at the age of 25 to La Liga joining Girona (who are ironically partially owned by City Football Group, of UAE, a nation which is a big enabler of Russia’s war against Ukraine) and giving the Catalan side a real injection of quality as the side pulls away from the relegation zone.
