Our friend Dan Vaughn raised the possibility this week - and confirmed much of what I have been hearing for a year about MLS' ambitions to grow its "pyramid"
In case you missed it Dan Vaughn of Protagonist Soccer (which if you are not supporting, you should be!) tweeted this on Sunday, causing a firestorm within the soccer community in the US.
