The non-conference schedule for most consistently successful athletic program at the University of Memphis is out and it is absolutely stacked. At a recent Tigers on Tour promotional event, Head Coach Brooks Monaghan announced some of the teams that his squad would be facing during the 2025 season. Now, the full slate is available.
The Tigers will play eight non-conference games and of those eight games, five are against power conference opponents. Of those five against power conference opponents, four of them are against teams from the SEC.
Here is the full non-conference schedule for the Memphis women’s soccer team.

The home slate in particular figures to have Tigers fans licking their chops. No matter the sport, games against teams like Ole Miss and Tennessee get the juices flowing in Memphis. The game against Tennessee figures to be an especially spicy one as the only regular season game the Tigers lost last year was on the road in Knoxville against the Vols.
But it’s not just teams like Ole Miss and Tennessee visiting South Campus. Other SEC foes like Missouri (who the Tigers beat on the road last season) and Vanderbilt (from right up the road in Nashville) should also get Tigers fans abuzz and give them a little extra motivation to watch the team play.
Perhaps most importantly is that two of the teams on this schedule made last year’s NCAA Tournament. Unfortunately, the Tigers did not, despite posting a record of 13-2-4 (W-L-D) and staying ranked in the Top 25 all season long. Their failure to make it to the NCAA Tournament snapped a streak of six straight appearances (and seven of the last eight).
All home games will be played at the Billy Murphy Track & Soccer Stadium, which is soon to be renamed the Liza Wellford Fletcher Soccer & Track Stadium.
The AAC conference schedule for the Tigers is expected to be released sometime in the coming weeks.
