Sunday night’s match in Monterey was noteworthy for a missed goal call by the officials and one of the worst played first 80 minutes I’ve seen all season anywhere in the USL Championship. But Miami FC fought through all that and secured a point. It was another character-building night for this MFC side who were without star keeper Bill Hamid in the match.
