2025 NISA Nation Spring Season recap of Matchweek 4 featuring two thrilling draws.
Another week of NISA Nation action is in the books for the Coast and Southwest regions. Before we get into today's recap, let's catch you up on some news from the Tennessee region. First, NISA Nation announced a new expansion team, Music City Soccer Club, based in Nashville, TN. Speaking of the Tennessee region, the opening matches have been set for April 26 as Dream FC takes on Nashville Knights FC while FK Han faces Paul Depay FC. Now that we're caught up on this week's news in the league, let's get into the Matchweek 4 recap.
NISA Nation Matchweek 4 Results
Temecula FC 3 LA Force 2 3 (Saturday April 19)
On Saturday, we had a thrilling match at Chaparral High School Stadium between Temecula FC and LA Force 2 as both sides fought to a 3-3 draw. It only took four minutes for the Quails to get on the board as Gio scored the opening goal for Temecula FC. LA Force 2 found the equalizer in the 20th minute to tie the match at one. A few minutes later, LA Force 2 struck again to take a 2-1 lead and would hang on to that lead through halftime. In the second half, the Quails quickly grabbed an equalizer in the 48th minute and were tied 2-2. Gio would add his second goal of the match to give the Quails a 3-2 lead over LA in the 66th minute. In the 80th minute, LA Fore 2 scored the tying goal to put the match at 3-3, which would be the final score as both clubs split the points. Temecula FC will be busy with the Raul Briones Cup this weekend, but the Quails next match is scheduled for May 10 against Inland Empire FC at Chaparral High School. FC Anahuac 3 Las Vegas United FC 3 (Saturday April 19)
FC Anahuac and Las Vegas United FC split the points in another thrilling 3-3 draw on Saturday at Canyon Springs High School. Carlos Castro scored twice, and Lamar Hayes also scored for LV United. FC Anahuac battled back in the second half, getting goals from Kevin Favela, Enrique Reyes-Avila, and Gabriel Miranda to secure the draw. FC Anahuac will return on Saturday to face SC Union Maricopa at Desert Pines High School. Las Vegas United FC's next match is scheduled for May 10 against Soccer Academy Nevada at Western High School Stadium.
