So many USMNT fans still don't get it

Reports indicate Tyler Adams is potentially moving to Bournemouth

The last 24 hours we’ve seen once again the lack of nuance, or subtlety in the US Men’s National Team (USMNT) fan base. I’d also argue we’ve seen how so many of the USMNT fans don’t understand two basic concepts -

1- The USMNT’s best success as a cohesive national team was when we had players starting and playing key roles at mid-level European clubs, not having role players at big clubs or tons of guys stuck in MLS. It’s a sweet spot.

2- Bournemouth is not Leeds. The lazy analysis that’s conflated the two is maddening.
