US Soccer formally blocks MLS waiver request: What's next?
On Wednesday morning, US Soccer formally announced they had denied MLS’ request for a waiver to all third division MLS Next Pro reserve teams to compete in US Open Cup in place of their parent clubs.
Minutes later USL released it’s own statement about the importance of the Open Cup.
