What went wrong for Dean Smith at Norwich?
It's the first time Smith has failed at a Head Coaching job
Dean Smith was sacked by Norwich on Tuesday, a sacking that seemed anti-climactic after the way the last few weeks had gone for the Canaries.
But this represents the first time Smith, one of the best English managers’ in my humble opinion, has failed on a Head Coaching job.
After highly-successful tenures at Walsall, Brentford and Aston Villa (yes I know Villa sacked him, but it was a colossal error, one they have tacitly admitted with the more recent sacking of the ill-equipped Steven Gerrard), Smith struggled at Norwich.
