Javier Steinwascher has no relation to Nate Steinwascher of DCFC. However, he is related to Alex (aka Alejandro) Steinwascher as they both played college soccer at the University of Indianapolis and went to Henry Ford II High School in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Ahh I see. It's just such an uncommon name, they are all from Sterling Heights, Michigan (including Nate), and they're all professional soccer players. It's an odd coincidence! lol
Seeing Savannah's result here, coupled with their 4-0 loss to CdL, how have reported pay issues impacted the Clovers' roster? Have they lost some key players?
For the Clovers it has limit them to some degree on what type of players they can sign which is why we've seen the club adding more amateur players to their roster recently such as Max Wilkins and Alfredo Diaz Santillan and bringing back Sonny Quintanilla who was with the squad last season. The only notable player I've notice that's left the club is defender Leonel Palma. NISA veterans like Roddy Green, Cameron Schneider, and Kyle Nelson are still with the club.
Not that I'm aware of most clubs just have individual contract agreements between the clubs and players. I have no idea on what compensation the amateur players receive besides the NISA clubs providing solidarity payments to their amateur clubs for signing them to pro contracts.
Is Javier Steinwascher related to Nate Steinwascher of DCFC and Alex Steinwascher formerly of Union Omaha?

What compensation do the amateurs get? Is there a players' bargaining agreement that specifies minimum pay?

SC United Heat are quality. Had a good showing in the USOC as well. Beating Crown Legacy(xPro)and going to pens with Charlotte Independence(L1).
