This is fascinating, and I look forward to the rest of the interview.

Do we know how much were the exit fees that Oakland, Chattanooga, Detroit and Flower City paid? Were they all the same?

At the end of the day, "it's about the money":

(i) Bobcats could not attract (non-fraudulent) investors as long as it remained in NISA.

(ii) Bobcats DID pay its players and coaches, unlike almost half of NISA!

(iii) NISA did not impose its financial demands equally to all its clubs; it seems highly likely some clubs got preferential treatment that was not extended to the Bobcats.

(iv) NISA now seems to be blackmailing Bobcats, refusing to let them leave and hindering its ability to attract investors, until some ransom is paid.

This is going to end up in litigation or arbitration. USSF has its own issues and is likely is either spineless or feels any action is hazardous. I hope Part Five is the Bobcats' side of the story!!!

Gentlemen, thanks again for sharing your work and being able to get an audience with the commish.

Regarding Mr. Prutch’s responses in this segment, I have a lot thoughts but here are just a few:

I appreciate the LLC situation has been clarified. All the partners are clearly not equal.

There are some that are involved in unethical and illegal business practices.

As noted by our interviewers—penalties and punitive actions initiated by the league vary greatly.

A quick review of the clubs this season can give us some easy examples.

I’m not a labor lawyer but under normal circumstances employees, vendors and contractors have to be paid for the services they render.

Specifically, regarding play in 2025:

If an audit or even a review is conducted, there is no way in hell that the USSF can allow this debacle to continue without an explanation as to why NISA has not been stripped of it’s third division status.
